Mark is very knowledgeable in what he is teaching and kept all of his appointments with us.
We are disappointed that we don't feel like we really know how to buy property at this point yet. We continue to work towards buying property but seem to hit alot of road blocks.
Mark's web site is great and we really appreciate that.
We have not had reason to use the hotline.
We have not been able to use the webinars because they are not at a good time. No one seems to be able to tell us how to access them from the internet at our convenience.
I have not really worked with customer services.
We are very disappointed in what we have been able to do with all the money we have spent. It seems like we just threw it away!

The performance of my coach was great. He was always timely and explained everything in detail and with examples.
The materials of the course are a little overwhelming yet somewhat inadequate. I was sent two large binders that I am almost through with but a lot of the information is left up to the individual to find and understand to a fault.
I did not get to use the hotline at all except for some billing issues with my property vault. But I will be using the hotline now that my coaching sessions are over
The webinars have not coincided with my schedule but I have found one for next week that I can participate in.
Customer service has been very helpful in assisting me with the few issues that I have had.

Session 3 - Another session with vast amount of information to continue to do research so we try to choose the best properties which we are still not sure if they are. There is not a guideline on which states or counties are more successful than others. It can be very overwhelming when you have no idea what you are doing.

Russ was particularly good. I learned a lot and I am working on what I have learned. He has sent me materials to help and he has taken care to give me more materials to help me beyond this point. I am extremely grateful.
If you are looking for a better system then you need to give more actual help, longer than 30 minutes. People learn on different levels. We have had computer break downs, your computers and mine, along with web sights that don't work. That alone takes up my half hour. i believe i don't fit into the 30 minute fixed system. Another lesson problem i had was your office was not clear about the times from one time zone to another. 8:00 am means just that. I took you at your word, I was here waiting and Dave never called. I have little time so I went on with life after waiting an hour. Dave marked this first lesson as a no-show. It simply wasn’t true, Dave did call, but at 10:00am and I was not home. I had no idea where you were calling from or that there was a time change. Dave and I lost a lot of time (not his fault) we had non-working web sights, internet and computer problems. I tried the best I could there is not enough time to follow thru with anything. It is necessary for them to hang up when the ½ hour is up. I do understand. So I was basically at times left with out knowing what I was doing or were to go next. Dave said he would try to call me back a few times, but was never able to call me. I am glad that Russ called me backed and took the time to give quick but necessary information. I have called the hot line at least 30 or more times without response and over 50% of the time they are so busy they can't even answer the phone. This is not helpful when you are on line and need answers. I am not sure how to reach you for help. But just call is not a helpful answer. Your webinar is a great idea but again I can't get home in time to hear it afternoon or night. So I have not been able to take advantage of this system either. One day a week is not good for me. On Thursdays I must be to work at 2:00 pm and I don't finish until between 9:30 and 11:00 pm. along with this fact I am 45 minutes away on the job. Even if I could hear them after the fact it would be helpful.
After making these statements, I do want you to know you have been fanatic working with me. Also very good about giving me extra lessons and that is how I was assigned to Russ as my couch. The problem was Russ had to start from basic one, as I was never able to learn with the previous lessons, never able to get into the property vault as well as lack of being able to get in on the hot line.
I am basically at about lesson 2-3. This is not good. Right now I am trying to move around the computer and the web sites. But if I can’t' reach the hot line I’ve lost everything I’ve gained. I intend to follow thru as much as I can. to get as far as I’ve been taught. But I am hoping I will be allowed to work with Russ again to know what to do next. I simply have not enough information to succeed.
I do need some time though to reach the hot line and work with some one.
I was not kidding when I told you I have never used a computer before the last year or so. The web site is a new item to me I am having trouble learning quick. I am also a hand on - audio learner and need the help to get down the system. I don't feel like I am drowning since Russ has been able to help me, but sure feel like I am floundering around in the water. Hopefully you will be able to help me get the help I need.
Please take note that both Dave are Russ and very good. I relate to Russ and have really enjoyed working with him.
The last thing I want to tell you again and hopefully you be able to work with me, is that I am recovering from a liver transplant and although I am doing very will, I am still having some problems with my short and long term memory. Thank you for caring and helping me. Karlene Kolk

I'm not to happy I spent thousands of dollars for a coach. I had four sessions I kn0w how to find and buy a property but that’s about It. I try to get hold of my coach but he will not return my phone calls or e-mails, I don't understand it’s like my lessons are only half done. When I need help he's unavailable. Can you please explain I feel like I've been ripped off? And I don't like that. I look forward to hearing from you, because my coach never seems to have the time to get back to me. The last time I heard form him was month ago. Please get back to me and explain I don't know if I'm doing this right.

This is my first coach week.
1. Mr. Evans (coach) did call me on time and so as Mikal (how to get into the website accounts) as scheduled.
2. He mentioned about the website where I can get more information in finding the properties. I also requested an e-mail of them.
I read the Information sent as requested and were similar Items as mentioned over the phone.
3. I asked a lot of questions and was answered by him. He is knowledgeable of the topics discussed.
I asked a lot of questions, but the 30 minute time was not enough. I wished It a bit longer. He has other students too. I guessed the questions can really shortened the time for the coach agenda for the session.
4. I've been searching through the Internet looking for answers so that I can get the most Information of the properties I've been looking. I though have a lot of questions. Can I make a call the coaching department for more questions before the next coaching session? I already some question when I read the articles sent to me by Mr. Roger Evans.

Throughout the last month my coaching sessions have taught me a lot and I feel with the knowledge that I have gained from this program I will be successful In the real estate Investment business. The only thing I would disagree with is the length of time in which the coaches work with people. I feel for the price of the program they should at least work with people for three months because there Is a lot of material to cover and no one should just jump right Into this real estate business until they are fully aware of all the terms and procedures associated with this business all In all I would say this program Is a very good tool for determined Individuals that want to own their own business. I think that David is a good coach and he is giving me all this info but it can be overwhelming so if he just slowed down a little bit everything would be perfect. We've found a list of properties in our county, which is Sacramento. Also, I browse couple more counties in different states, in this case WA, CA and ID, but not finished this assignment yet. my feedback after 3 sessions i have learned a lot about tax foreclosures sales. I haven't bided on any thing yet; I want to be able to purchase a property and turn around and sell in 30 days after purchase. Iona has given me a lot of good advice I just need to take it and use it wisely. I have some money to use i only need to use to my advantage to make it back plus a profit. That is if I take what Iona taught me and use it wisely

Customer service is below standard. Often I called during normal business hours and there was no one to take the call. I left several messages with no return calls.
Scheduling is below standard. I would call to cancel an appointment or reschedule and again no one was available to take the call and when messages are left there didn't seem to be follow through. Often my mentor would not get the message and would call at the originally scheduled time.
Materials seem to be out of date and not very helpful for someone just getting started.
Mentoring was standard. I would complete the necessary assignments; however it did not seem to meet my needs. I would suggest finding mentors in the states that your customers live. I have completed the assignments; participated in auctions, etc. however to date due to my price range I have not been able to purchase property that would be resalable.
My mentor was late in calling on many of the scheduled appointments. On one occasion I had a family emergency and was unable to make our appointment, I left a message for my mentor however he still called and I felt bad that he didn't get the message of cancellation.
The program was not what I was led to believe and I am discouraged. I put in countless hours each week, making a commitment to the program without success. I put more and more expense into it, trying to buy and sell property so I can at least make my money back, again without any return on my investment.
