we have completed our 9 sessions with our coach. Stan did a wonderful job presenting everything to us. The only problem we have is that we really need more time with Stan, because a half hour a week on the phone just is not enough time to grasp everything. We feel that Stan is a great teacher and we know that we will make him proud of us. Our goal is to buy and sell a couple of properties within the next 2 months. Again we would like to thank Stan for all his help and hopefully he can still help us when we need it.

I feel that the coaching was great. Although we were allotted 1/2 hr a week to go over the steps required to succeed in this tax lien sale business, it seems to be enough info to get started and go forward. He answered every one of my questions. Rick is an asset to Mentoring of America. What would be a good improvement is the hands on experience that a coach had gone through to get an end results, maybe giving more real examples of what steps they went thru for that example. Concrete examples are great wit the Blog steps that were given. I know that can be difficult to implement but should be added. I am satisfied but the only regret is that I paid too much and believes that the up front cost should not be $8,000.00+ that is a lot to pay without hands on experience added.

1. The performance of my coach was fantastic. Mr. Freckelton was very Knowledgeable and helpful in explaining said information. He was patient with me and help me to understand and how to apply this information that he shared with me Very thank full.
2. The materials were set out in an easy to understand way and how to apply the said information. Mr. Freckleton's website was fantastic and I'm very happy that I can continue using this website.
3. I used the hot line only a couple of times but was happy with the results. He was very courteous and helpful. I'm also happy that I can continue to use this service.
4. I have not used the webinar not once not because I didn't want to but because whenever it was available I was working. I understand there starting a webinar on Wednesdays in the evening which I will participate in. I'm looking forward to it and I'm happy that I can continue with this service that you have made available to me.

Hello and thanks for this interesting, exciting and challenging course!  In light of the historic and unprecedented gyrations in the stock market and credit markets both nationally and worldwide, I'd like to hear from John Beck some words of wisdom with regards to this business. It seems like the worst time to have signed up for this program. It's a time when most people are pulling back, and not spending as their real estate and savings have taken such a hit. Is there a different way to approach this in light of all the challenges ahead? Sometimes EVERYTHING comes to a grinding halt for months! I don't want to load up with properties that I can't then sell....Do you foresee that this niche will remain active? Words of advice? Caution? Helpful hints? Ways to play it safe? I think your other students would appreciate the same. Many thanks!

I have used the hotline a few times.  I find the people are a little to fast on getting you off the line.  I am new at this and I need someone who has the time to explain things in detail so that I don't have to call back several times for the same matter.

My coach is encouraging and kind hearted.  She seems sincere.  I hope I get a handle on understanding more about this business soon, as it is difficult starting something from scratch like this.

I was a bit discouraged last week when I had someone from John Beck’s office call to see if the could interest me in signing up for this course that I am doing already.  That mad me feel as though the information I was told in the beginning was false.  That only a certain number of people are signed up for this course.  I now believe that anyone that you can talk into paying the fee is allowed into these sessions and that it is unlimited.  That is very upsetting to me.  I felt because I was willing to pay the extra money for the session that I would gain more than the average person how only purchased the CD's for $39.99.

I think the thirty minute sessions are to short and that one on one with the same coach needs to be longer to help walk you through the steps instead of just giving homework.
