My coach was an excellent coach. He was very helpful when I had questions regarding the materials we covered. I believe with his coaching and the rest of the john beck team, I will soon make my first deal and be on my way to success. Thanks!

I had 3 coaches. I was told by my coach that I had to be patient and wait until the grayed out list became available - now C Forbes is telling me it's too late to get a credit - that's unacceptable!!!  Can something be done now since I was told I had to be patient and wait for it?  Also, what about the second list item that I can't get now - when will it be available (or can I get an immediate credit so I can choose a different list?)

Here is the e-mail C Forbes sent me in reply to my question and said to send my comments on this experience - which is very unacceptable!!

Marge,

I have had these types of issues before.

Let me explain a little ablut how to utilize the Property Vault to and getting ""credited"" (delete) a list.

!) When you order a list and need it deleted, make sure it is in the same cycle date, not 3 months later. You are given 11 lists a month. The property Vault reps will not delete a list if it is not in the same cycle period.

The session conducted last night at 10:30pm ET regarding how to determine to buy it is very helpful. It answered my concerns so far.

Thanks Rick.

Mark was a friendly guy and seemed like a good coach, although I have no reference for comparison.  There were several occasions where he was 10 - 20 minutes late for the scheduled sessions.  Sometimes, it would seem like he was tired or worn out because his thoughts wouldn’t be smooth and he would ""uhhhhh"" or ""ummm"" as if he was losing his train of thought.  In addition, I think the sessions would have been better if they were broken up into maybe three stages with a month or two apart so that we would be able to relate to the material as it is taught.  Our last session involves selling the properties when my partner and I are still working diligently to acquire deed to vacant properties.  I felt the information discussed contained a lot of filler where analogies were brought in to explain a rather simple concept.  Although the issue is now resolved, I experienced a lot of frustration with the hotline in regards to getting through to a coach.  On numerous occasions I would call in, all prepared with my questions, pen, notebook, computer, etc, and wait on hold for 20 minutes or so only to have it then direct to voicemail anyway.  I would then get a call a day or so later while I'm at work or school and by no means in a position to discuss the matter I had called for.  But, like I said, this problem is resolved for the most part.

Hi,
I was wondering if those webinars might accessible after the sessions
Is it possible to still access them and listen to the questions of others?

I hope you are doing well.

Pierce was a great coach, through, patient, and understanding. I have encountered, however, a problem with return calls from strategies financing other than Shante, who is prompt, very little else.

First I would like to say that Pierce in a nice guy.  He was very patient with me during the training period.  I felt the information received was valuable however, I feel that the same information was given at the Seminar.  I would have liked for the price, (of the mentoring) to have been mentored through the process just like the buying trip.   I think the training is not complete until one land/property has been purchased via preauction or postauction method.  Although, I paid additional for the property vault usage we did not cover the use of the property in the vault so I never download the 10 county list or enhancement list. I feel short changed.  Overall, Pierce did an outstanding job conveying the written lessons.  I myself prefer to have a book when going through the lessons and having the experience of completing the buying & selling process 1st hand. I thought that I could have least had a web page setup. I really do not think that the phone mentoring was worth thousands of dollars, unless I can meet the refund requirements.  The seminars and webinars if included, helps account for the money.  I feel each helped me focus during and after the lessons.  In the future, one buying trip should be included.  Overall, I have learned allot through the 3 mentoring approaches. I'm looking forward to much success.  Thank you.

Stan was an excellent coach.  He explained processes and concepts very simply and clearly.  He provided many helpful links to sites to help research and find properties.  Working with him I didn't feel like he was simply a paid representative but someone really vested in helping me learn about investing and wanting me to succeed.  Even though I haven't yet made a first purchase due to cash problems right now, I feel that once I get my available cash problem solved I will make purchases and succeed because of the info he provided and the encouragement he provided.  Stan is a great asset to your group.

Mr. Freckleton has been a great coach. He has helped me a lot in understanding real estate, tax sales, foreclosures, and a lot more. I had learnt a lot and I'm very thankful he was my coach. Thank you, Norma Mtz.

we'd like to address the issue of what seems to be a miscommunication regarding the required number of properties to be sold to qualify for the refund of my $15,000 deposit.  Prior to submitting said funds, we were told repeatedly, and by 3 different people, that we would be required to sell 5 properties to qualify for the first $7,500 refund.  Then after selling 3 more properties we'd receive the remaining $7,500.  However, during the john beck seminar held in Las Vegas during September 12-16, we were told by john beck (and one of the presenters) that we would be required to sell 8 properties to receive the initial $7,500 refund.  Then after selling an additional 5 properties we'd receive the remaining $7,500.

We have made very slow progress according to the set learning plan provided to us by Tyler.  in spite of the length of time we've spent getting accustomed to all this, and the fact that we have much more learning ahead of us, we now feel comfortable with each step in the process of acquiring and selling properties and look forward to the time when we can do all this ""with our eyes closed"", as the saying goes.

Some other concerns:  the Beck WIKI.  We have tried to access it, but it doesn't seem to be up and running yet.  How will we know when this tool is available for use?

The info provided on the WIKI, we have previously had to pay for (in terms of the $15,000 deposit we paid in order to receive this info from mentoring of America), but it seems that it will now be available free to anyone via the WorldWideWeb.
This leaves us with an uncomfortable feeling about having paid for something that will now be free.

I would have appreciated more flexibility in the session schedules.  for instance, one session every 2 weeks.  Given our schedules (working nights) and our learning styles, the weekly schedule has been detrimental to the whole learning process for us.

Also, the demonstration of the program that allows map/satellite overlays...is that overlay program available to us?

As you can see, though we have reached the end of our scheduled sessions with Tyler, we still have many questions.  Granted, a portion of the reason may be that we have progressed so slowly.  But we have been led down many dead ends by the property vault and by the knowledge that we would find larger numbers of inexpensive properties, based on the john beck program advertisements.  This discrepancy has largely been responsible for the slow pace of our progress.  We simply haven't been able to find the deals we have been led to believe are out there.

we are uncomfortable with the unreliability of the info found within the property vault.  It seems that if we are required to pay for this info (over and above the $15,000 deposit), that info should be much more reliable than it is.   The reasons for this situation have been explained to us by Tyler (more than once), yet what we were told sounds more like an excuse than a valid reason.  It seems that with so many people using this info, that it's reliability would be kept up-to-date instead of being entered a single time.  We also think the vault should reveal the specific time that the info was input or updated.

We understand the webinars will eventually be archived and available on an as-needed basis. As with the beck WIKI, this cannot be made available soon enough!!!!!

We still look positively on having gone thru this process, and believe we will have many profitable successes.

Mark is a good coach.  He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share his work experiences.  He is very open to questiona and has a good answer.  Mark makes himself available and is very flexible (schedule permitting).  Overall I highly rate Mark as a good coach.

The material covered during the training was appropriate.  It might be better to walk a person through some of the on-line forums and proceeduresn while with the coach.

The hot line was very helpful for immediate assistance.  The people were helpful and courteous.
The webinar provided good information as the coaching sessions did.  They re-enforced material learned from the coach.
I had minimum contact with customer service.  When I did talk with them, the people were helpful and courteous.

I feel like that the coaching was to short like gramming everything in 4 sessions, and coaches had no time to get to know their clients a little everyone doesn’t comprehend as fast as other it was more like a rush job and quantity instead of quality sessions for the clients' but over all it was beneficial.

I died working for mentoring of America on May 27, 2008. It is the worse place to work for. 4 people in the last year have died working there the Phoenix office. This place needs to be investigated. Daniel is an Idiot and should be fired. The FBI will be notified about this office.

After a few setbacks due to Labor Day and your computer system being down we finally had a session.  Dave answered all my questions completely, but I'm sure I'll have plenty more next week.  I'm anxious to get started with the hands on part of the program

I have finished the coaching sessions with Edwin and I learned a lot through him.  I'm still nervous buying properties as I don't yet know what the easiest way to get the information.  He showed me the steps and I'm taking them to find out info however I keep getting stuck, it doesn't work as nice as it did when he looked up info on properties.  I'm going to call the coaching hotline for more help.  Edwin was very helpful overall.  I want to thank him and Jon Beck for giving me this great opportunity.  Hopefully things work out for me.
