JUNE 08 This information reinforces
the coaching I have been receiving and I like the notebook of
information. It will help give me a resource to use and add to. Super seminar - great information. I am anxious
to obtain property and learn to sell. Everything done was done well. The notebook was
great - thanks.
We received a great deal of information. The work
book provided will be a great tool to advance our progress. A lot of detailed information.
The guest speaker's presentation was most helpful.
It was great to hear his clear step by step process of his first
buy. Now I can follow that same step by step process. I can do
my first sale before June 2008 is done! The entire program, all of the different web sites,
and the step by step procedure were very helpful. Very good food.
The topics were covered well. Thank you very much! This was just what we needed.
We appreciate the education you are providing. The process of obtaining property was very helpful.
The how to advertise / auction was excellent. The book seems invaluable. The seminar was excellent.
I am completely encouraged whereas before the seminar I was completely

The guest
speaker really fired us up! I also learned a lot more about
researching & internet
functions. I liked walking through the whole process step

mind is incredible, as is his passion & willingness

to me was "How to sell the property"
by putting the right advertisement. All of the materials were
great. All of the information was very helpful. I was
very interested in the legal description of the properties and

I learned more in
this two day seminar than in 10 weeks of coaching. The research
information was fantastic! There were a lot
of blanks that were filled-in by John and the guest speaker. The information was certainly thorough. John Beck
has an impressive amount of knowledge. MAY 08 Great information. I found the marketing very helpful. We feel the seminar provided so much wonderful information,
such as deed search document preparation, selling on the internet,
and overall basic knowledge to help us be successful. We will

presentation, that the coaches were available for questions, hearing
the guest speaker's point of view, and the Land bank information. Very, very helpful, because I got a lot of information
that I before never knew. I liked how
the seminar provided all of the slides in a binder. I appreciated
the helpful Q&A session. I also enjoyed
meeting my coach face to face for the first time. The guest speaker's
presentation was also very informative and comprehensive. The handouts were phenomenal. The speaker's were
knowledgeable and fun. It was a confidence building seminar. Well thought out seminar! We liked having the complete
seminar presented in book form. We liked the food provided so that
we did not have to go off site to eat. The binder with slides is of great value and allowed
me to focus on the materials instead of taking so many notes. Good information, good program, good food, good
timing, good use of the computer lesson by the guest speaker. It was a lot
of information, but it helped me put a lot of things together.
I liked the property owner deed searches. I also learned a lot
on eBay and bid for assets info! Good presentation by guest speaker.
Good and timely breaks. Great seminar - lots of valuable information. It
gave insight to what our coach is talking about. Thoroughness, great meals, excellent facility, ease
of understanding the material. Good variety of presenters who kept
it interesting. The seminar was extremely informative. I specifically
liked how John described the research process in detail. The seminar was definitely very well organized and
the information package itself was something which was very new
even after coaching. It was a very good confidence booster. Very helpful, especially being able to go from start

thought that it was really in-depth and had lots of information.

areas. This has also been great to get this book with the step-by-step
process, and seeing the examples. Being shown how to do this

areas where I was getting off track; the updates in the handouts,
and having the information to refer to later, will be a boost

seminar was well planned and executed. The food was good and

I am a person who needs to see things rather than just do. This
seminar made the process very understandable for me. The

I liked being able to talk with John and other staff personnel

was great that John Beck was there to personally answer any questions.
The classroom size was small, which made it nice for one-on-one
help. It was great to see the Coaches there too. I
feel that the seminar was very helpful. I’m very visually
oriented and it was nice to be able to see the information well
laid out. I appreciate the extensive documentation, step-by-step.
It was also very nice to have the Mentors associating with us
and giving us tips. The
seminar was very informative. John provided a great deal of information
and he went into detail with every step. The
seminar was helpful and the step by step was easy to understand.
The extra coaches that were at the seminar helped everyone. The
