Q) How do I sign up for your affiliate program?
A)You can just type your log in info in the log in box on the left of the screen


Q) How much do you pay in commissions?
A) Commissions are calculated based on 20% of the order subtotal.


Q) How often are commissions paid?
A) Commission checks are mailed out on the 15th of each month to affiliates who have reached the threshold.  The commission threshold is $25.00. You must have earned at least $25.00 in commissions before a check will be issued. On June 15th and December 15th of each year, commission checks are issued regardless of  the commission threshold.


Q) How are my sales tracked?
A) Your affiliate code is used to track all sales generated by your account. Make sure you include the code &affiliate=nnn in all your links to the site. Replace nnn with the affiliate code you selected when you created your account.

Q) What do I do if I've lost my Affiliate Program password?
A) You can get your password email to you by using " Please Email Me My         Password" option from  log in box on the left of the screen

Q) I don't have a website but I would like to join your advanced affiliate program.
A) You can join the program and use the link provided to send emails to your clients.

Q) Is a Non-US company eligible for this affiliation program?
A) International companies can participate in the affiliate programs as long as they market to North American countries only. Products are shipped to US and Canadian addresses only.


Q)Do you provide HTML and Marketing Support?
A) Affiliates are responsible for their own html support on their site.
